On the Edit User Account page, you can update the basic data of your personal Swiss21 user account. This includes your email address, first name, and last name, which are used across all connected Swiss21 applications.

• Keep your contact address up to date so that system notifications, confirmation codes, and support information are always sent to the correct email.
• Ensure a consistent display of your name in invoices, notifications, and within the portal.
• A prerequisite for certain functions such as identity verification or password reset, as these are tied to the email address stored here.

Procedure

• Open the User Account section in the Swiss21 portal and select Edit User Account.
• Adjust the Email, First Name, and Last Name fields as needed.
• Then click Save to apply the changes, or click Cancel to return without saving.

Notes and tips

• Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory; without these details, the user account cannot be saved.
• If you change the email address, you may need to verify it again; make sure you have access to the new mailbox to receive confirmation or security codes.
• If a message appears that a field has not been filled in correctly, check the spelling of the email address and whether all mandatory fields have been completed.
• If you no longer have access to your previous email address and cannot log in, please contact Swiss21 Support directly via the helpdesk section of the portal.
