Limits

In the Limits section of the Swiss21 dashboard, you can see at a glance how many resources your current subscription includes and how many are already in use. The following limits are displayed:

• Payroll runs -- Number of payroll runs used relative to your subscription quota
• Documents -- Number of documents processed per year
• Addresses -- Number of recorded contacts and addresses
• Products -- Number of recorded items and products
• Product groups -- Number of product groups created
• Users -- Number of active users, including a direct link to add more people

Benefits

The limits display gives you a transparent overview of your used capacities at any time. This allows you to recognise early when you are approaching a limit and take action before usage restrictions occur.

Tips and recommendations

• If you are approaching the limit for documents, addresses, or products, an upgrade to a higher subscription is recommended -- e.g. from Starter (1,000 each) to Basic (2,100 each) or Pro (5,000 each).

• Use the "Add user" button to go directly to user management and invite new team members.

• If you need more capacity than the Pro subscription offers, you can contact Swiss21 directly. A customised Enterprise subscription is available on request.
