Change password

With this function, you can regularly update your login and better protect access to your Swiss21 account. This reduces the risk of unauthorised access to your business data.
Password policies
The Swiss21 portal enforces minimum password requirements to ensure the security of all user accounts.
Requirements
Your password must meet the following criteria:
- At least 8 characters long
- At least one uppercase letter (A–Z)
- At least one lowercase letter (a–z)
- At least one number (0–9)
Recommendations
- Use at least 12 characters — longer passwords are significantly more secure
- Include special characters (e.g. !@#$%&)
- Use a password manager to create a unique password for each service
- Do not reuse your password — use a dedicated password for Swiss21
- Change your password regularly, especially if you suspect it may have been compromised
Avoiding common mistakes
- Do not use personal information (name, date of birth, company name)
- Avoid simple patterns like "123456", "Password1", or keyboard sequences
- Do not share your password via email or chat
Forgotten your password?
If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot password" on the login page. You will receive an email with a link to reset it. This link is valid for a limited time only.
Additional protection
A strong password alone is not enough. Combine it with two-factor authentication (2FA) via an authenticator app. This keeps your account protected even if your password is compromised.
