Starter Plan
With the Starter Plan, you can use 21.AbaNinja, 21.AbaSalary, 21.Shop, 21.CRM and 21.POS in a free basic version with reduced data volume. Features include QR invoices and quotes, automated accounting, payroll, online shop and POS, CRM, and chat in the online shop. In 21.AbaNinja, the Starter Plan gives you access to the basic accounting functions including balance sheet and income statement, but without Advanced Accounting (e.g. Abacus integration, flexible charts of accounts, VAT reporting, etc.).

Benefits of the Starter Plan
The Starter Plan is ideal for businesses that want to start their digital journey for free and have a small document volume. You get a fully integrated basic solution for invoicing, simple accounting, payroll (for one payroll), online shop, POS and CRM -- with no ongoing subscription costs.
Notes and Tips
- If you find that you need more than 1,000 documents, addresses or products per year, or features such as permanent bank connectivity, inventory management, E-Bill or APIs, an upgrade to Basic or Pro is recommended.
- A downgrade from a paid Basic/Pro/Enterprise plan back to a free Starter Plan has not been possible since 01.08.2024; plan any upgrade with a long-term perspective.
- When connecting 21.AbaNinja with Abacus via AbaWeb, you receive a Starter Plan with Advanced Accounting, which is particularly useful for VAT reporting or special charts of accounts.
- You can view your current plan directly in the Swiss21 portal under "Subscriptions" and upgrade if needed; the change takes effect within a few minutes.
