Support access

In the Swiss21 Support section, you can enable temporary support access so that the Swiss21 support team can access your portal and connected applications directly.
Access is controlled via the Enable support access toggle and can be deactivated again at any time.

Benefits

With support access enabled, the support team can directly view your settings, documents, and processes in your account, which significantly speeds up troubleshooting and error resolution.
You no longer need to laboriously compile screenshots or exports — the support team sees the same view as you.

Notes and tips

  • Support access applies to your entire Swiss21 portal, including all companies and applications managed there that your user has access to.
  • You should only keep the access enabled for the duration of a specific support request and then deactivate the toggle again.
  • Typical workflow: create a support request, switch on the toggle and inform the support team, then switch it off again once the request has been resolved.
  • Only enable support access when you have been explicitly asked to do so by Swiss21 Support, and mention in your request that the access is now active.
  • If multiple people have administrator rights, coordinate internally on who enables support access so it is clear who is responsible for this permission.
