Basic Plan
The Basic Plan is designed for businesses that need more volume and advanced accounting features compared to the Starter Plan. You continue to use all core applications such as 21.AbaNinja, 21.AbaSalary, 21.Shop, 21.CRM and 21.POS in an integrated environment. Compared to the Starter Plan, you get Advanced Accounting as well as higher limits for documents, addresses, products, users and payrolls.
Limits in the Basic Plan

Benefits of the Basic Plan
The Basic Plan is worthwhile for businesses that actively work with Swiss21, process more documents and addresses, and need professional accounting including VAT reporting. Thanks to Advanced Accounting, unlimited document recognition, and features like E-Bill and API, you can make your financial processes significantly more efficient.
Notes and Tips
- If your document volume or number of employees increases, the Basic Plan is a sensible next step after the Starter Plan.
- If you also need integrated inventory management or even more users and volume, you should consider the Pro Plan.
- A downgrade from Basic back to a free Starter Plan has not been possible since 01.08.2024; plan any changes with foresight.
- You can adjust your plan at any time in the Swiss21 portal under "Subscriptions"; the change takes effect within a few minutes.
