Additional Users

In your Swiss21 portal, you can activate additional users beyond those included in your subscription. Billing is managed centrally through your Swiss21 subscription and charged monthly to your payment method on file.

• Each additional user costs CHF 5.-- per user per month.
• This amount includes the user's access to all Swiss21 applications within your account (e.g. 21.AbaNinja, 21.AbaSalary, 21.CRM, 21.Shop, 21.POS -- if activated).
• The use of AbaClik AI by this user is also included.

Benefits

• You can flexibly expand your team without having to change your entire subscription; new team members simply get access to all required apps and AbaClik AI.

Notes and Tips

• Regularly check your portal's user management to see which users are still actively needed, to avoid unnecessary costs.
• Review your monthly billing in the Swiss21 portal to keep an overview of all charged services.
