Edit profile

In the User section, you can edit the personal settings of your own Swiss21 user account.
You can select your salutation and see your name; buttons for Change Password and Two-Step Verification are also available.

Benefits

By keeping your user settings current and correct, you ensure that system emails (e.g. security or notification emails) are properly assigned and that your login is personal.
Enabling two-step verification significantly increases account security, as an additional security code is required in addition to the password.

Notes and tips

• You can access this section via the gear icon in the top right corner and the User tab.
• Use Change Password if you suspect unauthorised access or if you want to update your password regularly.
• Two-step verification (2FA) can typically be set up with an authenticator app; follow the displayed wizard after clicking the corresponding button.
• Choose a strong password (a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters) and use it only for your Swiss21 account.
• Enable two-step verification, especially if you have administrator or owner rights in the portal.
• Update your salutation and any other personal data if they change, so that communication within the system remains correct.
