Analysis and consulting

Your Digital Coach analyses your current situation, processes, and goals together with you. Based on this analysis, you receive well-founded recommendations on fiduciary matters, efficient business management, and IT topics related to Swiss21. Together, you clarify which Swiss21 applications are suitable for your company, how to use them optimally, and which steps make sense next.

Setup service for Swiss21 applications

With the setup service, your Digital Coach assists you in configuring the relevant Swiss21 applications -- from account creation to key basic settings such as the chart of accounts, tax rates, or user permissions. This gets you up and running faster and allows you to manage your administration cleanly and securely from the start. Typical tasks include setting up the account, importing opening balances or prior-year figures, and adjusting important master data to your business.

Operational financial services

If you want to focus on your core business, your Digital Coach or their fiduciary team can take over operational financial tasks for you. These include, for example, ongoing bookkeeping, VAT returns, input and output tax reconciliations, and the preparation of the annual financial statements including the necessary closing entries. You retain full visibility at all times while your financial data is managed professionally in compliance with legal requirements.

Tips and recommendations

  • Set up access in the portal You can invite up to two Digital Coaches directly in your Swiss21 portal as a special user role. This gives the Digital Coach -- with your explicit approval -- access to your portal and active applications, enabling them to support you directly within your system.
  • Preparing for the first meeting To ensure your Digital Coach can advise you as efficiently as possible, it is recommended to have the following documents ready: legal form and VAT status, previous accounting solution, chart of accounts (if available), as well as typical documents and workflows from your daily operations. The better your starting situation is documented, the faster concrete optimisations and settings in Swiss21 can be implemented.
  • Combining training and outsourcing You do not have to choose between training and outsourcing: many customers initially use the Digital Coach for setup and training and later hand over individual tasks such as VAT returns or the annual financial statements to a fiduciary team. This way, you build internal know-how, retain control, and can still leave critical or time-consuming tasks to professionals.
