Additional Payrolls

In your Swiss21 portal, you can purchase additional payrolls beyond those included in your subscription. Billing is managed centrally through your Swiss21 subscription and charged monthly to your payment method on file.

Additional Payrolls (21.AbaSalary)

• Additional payrolls are charged at CHF 3.50 per payroll per month.
• The number is determined based on active employees in the 21.AbaSalary application; each active employee corresponds to one payroll.
• The resulting costs are automatically added to your monthly Swiss21 billing.

Benefits

• Thanks to usage-based billing for payrolls, you only pay for employees who are actually active in 21.AbaSalary.

Notes and Tips

• Deactivate or remove employees in 21.AbaSalary who are no longer working at your company, so they are no longer counted as active employees and therefore as chargeable payrolls.
• Review your monthly billing in the Swiss21 portal to keep an overview of all charged services.
