User roles

To make the portal as collaborative as possible, the account owner can invite other users and employees.

The following 3 profiles can be added: User, Digital Coach, and Swiss21 Support.

User (Employees or Administrators)

Users are the employees of your company to whom you grant access to one or more applications.

You can add a user under Settings > User Management > Add User:

Users only have access to the applications that have been enabled for them.

It is also possible to invite an administrator. Select Administrator under "Role". As a result, this user has access to everything (except ownership transfer) and you cannot select specific apps.

Digital Coach

To assist you with setting up your account or managing your accounting, you can invite up to two Digital Coaches to your account.

Go to Settings > User Management > Add Digital Coach:

You can search for your Digital Coach by last name, first name, or email address.

By inviting a Digital Coach to your account, you give them full access to your portal and all applications active in your account.

Please note that the Swiss21 team reserves the right to remove the access of Digital Coaches who are no longer listed on the Swiss21 Digital Coaches list.

Since they are no longer listed, these Digital Coaches are no longer considered Swiss21 partners.

Swiss21 Support

To help you resolve an issue, you have the option to enable the Swiss21 team's access to your account.

You can do this under Settings > User Management:
