Find account UUID

If our support team needs to forward a request to the developers, they may require the unique ID (UUID) of your account or a specific app in order to investigate the issue more closely. You can find the UUIDs linked to your account in the portal under "Help" in the frequently asked questions section.

  1. Open the Swiss21 portal (https://portal.swiss21.org).
  2. Click on your "Initials" in the top right corner, then select Support.
  3. Click on Support info.
  4. All IDs associated with your account are displayed.
  • User: your personal user UUID
  • Account: the UUID of your account
  • Apps: each app in the account has its own unique UUID
  • Users: all users linked to your account or an app within your account are listed here.
