Find account UUID
If our support team needs to forward a request to the developers, they may require the unique ID (UUID) of your account or a specific app in order to investigate the issue more closely. You can find the UUIDs linked to your account in the portal under "Help" in the frequently asked questions section.
- Open the Swiss21 portal (https://portal.swiss21.org).
- Click on your "Initials" in the top right corner, then select Support.
- Click on Support info.
- All IDs associated with your account are displayed.
- User: your personal user UUID
- Account: the UUID of your account
- Apps: each app in the account has its own unique UUID
- Users: all users linked to your account or an app within your account are listed here.
