Access and management
- Each app is opened via the Dashboard — click on the desired application.
- Per-user access is managed under Settings > User management > Applications.
- Which apps are available depends on your subscription — compare plans under Subscriptions.

Each application has its own help desk with detailed guides that go beyond the Swiss21 help desk. Click on an app card to visit its dedicated help desk.
