Digital Coach

In the Add Digital Coach dialog, you grant an external or internal consultant administrator access so they can assist you with the setup and use of Swiss21.
You can select a company that provides Digital Coaches, or directly choose an already registered Digital Coach from the list.

Benefits

With a Digital Coach linked to your account, you can quickly get help with questions about individual applications, settings, or accounting processes.
The coach can log in to your portal when needed, review configurations, analyse errors, and guide you in making the best use of Swiss21.

Notes and tips

• You open the dialog via the User Management section under Digital Coach using the Add Digital Coach button.
• In the Company dropdown, you only see companies that provide Digital Coaches; select the company where your Digital Coach is employed.
• Alternatively, you can select a person directly in the Digital Coach field from the list of available coaches.
• Clicking Save sets up the access immediately; you can remove this access again at any time.
• Only grant Digital Coach access to partners you trust, as they have extensive administrator rights within the respective company.
• If you work with multiple fiduciary companies or external consultants, you can select a different Digital Coach for each of your companies, depending on where the coach is employed.
• Remove a Digital Coach as soon as the collaboration has ended to avoid unnecessary administrator access.
