As a teacher, you can obtain the TEACHER role in the Swiss21 portal to conduct accounting lessons with your class. You will receive a special referral link that allows your students to create their own accounts or lessons independently.

Registration process for teachers (TEACHER role)

1. Create a Swiss21 account using the email address of your educational institution (e.g. your.name@school.ch).

2. Log in to the Swiss21 portal with this new account.

3. Then contact support with a note that you would like to be assigned the TEACHER user role.

4. Support will set up the "TEACHER" role in your Swiss21 account.

5. Once activated, a referral link / link to create a lesson will appear on your Swiss21 portal dashboard, which you can copy (e.g. from the blue highlighted area on the dashboard).

6. Send this link to your class so that each student can create their own account or lesson.

Benefits of the TEACHER role

With the TEACHER role, you can let your class work in a realistic but protected environment with Swiss21. Each person has their own access, so assignments and exercises are handled separately, and you can plan teaching units in a structured way.

Tips and notes

• Always use your school email address so that support can clearly identify your educational institution.

• Keep the referral link safe and, if students encounter problems, first check whether they used exactly this link.

• If the referral link does not appear on the dashboard, contact support again and point out that your TEACHER role may not yet be correctly set up.
