Owner

In the Settings section under the Ownership tab, as the owner you can grant yourself or an employee permission to access the DeepBox data storage of the company account. To do this, click "Request access", select the desired person (employee or yourself) in the "User" field, and submit the request with "Request access". The selected person will then receive an access request and can confirm access to the data storage.

Benefits

As the owner, you determine exactly which employees gain access to documents and receipts stored in DeepBox. This enables a quick and structured export of these documents.

Notes and tips

Make sure the employee is registered as a user in the Swiss21 portal with a valid email address so they appear in the selection list. Inform the employee in advance about the purpose of the access (e.g. exporting receipts) so the request is confirmed quickly. After confirmation, verify that the employee can actually access the required DeepBox folders and export documents. If an employee leaves the company or no longer handles the task, you must promptly revoke their permission to the DeepBox data storage to ensure data security.
