Create a ticket
Swiss21 offers two forms for creating a support ticket — whether for technical issues, bugs, sales enquiries, or feature suggestions.
1. Form (existing account & logged in)
By using the form while logged in, helpful information about your account and user is automatically sent along with the support ticket.

Tips and notes
- The digital support channel via swiss21.org is free of charge.
- No telephone support is offered In exceptional cases, however, the support team may contact you by phone.
- The more details you provide in your message, the faster the support team can resolve your issue.
- Screenshots are especially helpful for error messages — upload them as attachments.
- You can find your unique IDs (account UUID, tenant UUID) in the article "Find account UUID". When using the form while logged in, this information is already included automatically.
