Sessions

Under "Sessions", you can see all currently active logins (sessions) for your Swiss21 portal account.
For each session, the IP address, start date, last access, expiry date, and the client used are displayed.

Benefits

You can check which devices or locations your account is currently being used from, allowing you to detect unrecognised logins more quickly.
You can also end all active sessions at once to immediately protect your account if you have security concerns.

Notes and tips

If you see a session with an unknown IP address or at an unusual time, you should first click "Log out all sessions" and then change your password and — if not already done — enable two-step verification.
Use the sessions overview regularly, especially after using the portal on public or shared computers, and always log out completely to prevent any unwanted sessions from remaining open.
